I have been trying to get that watermelon jelly recipe by eboyd....and have had a hard time finding it. Finally did, but there are no amounts to the ingredients or directions. I have no idea what to do if I can't get the amounts and directions. Could you please find out for everyone. I love watermelon, as I am sure others do. And what a nice way to have something different.

I've sent some make to eboyd asking for more specifics to add to the recipe.

also, this recipe might have been posted in response to this topic in the Recipe Request Forum, and there was an embedded recipe there too for you:

thanks for alerting us of this problem.

That's the sum total of the watermelon jelly recipes I have that are anyway sensible. They look like lots of work but I think I'll try it. Very unusual.

Re: watermelon preserves + marmalade recipes.
Thanks so much. These sound great, now if it would just cool down some for me to even attempt to make something hot in the kitchen. lol. I also have a stuffed cabbage casserole if you are interested, you don't have all that hard work and it's still the same flavor!

I make a stuffed cabbage recipe that my family really likes. It is pretty time consuming to make though.
