    Ham and Cheese Pie

Darcy (my dog) was helping with the photos-LOL

It's a great pie. I'm not a fan of it straight out of the oven, but I do love it warm or at room temp. All you need is a simple salad to go with.

That is a truly perfect pie, Dib's!! icon_biggrin.gif I had to read the recipe -- it sounds like one of the best savoury pies in the world. Nice photos! It has a lovely golden crust and it's so neatly made!

Darcy loves pie crust! You know how some parents bake off the extra crust for their kids? Well Darcy wanted hers and kept bumping my legs! Such a brat!!!!!

Oh how pretty just like the rising sun in the morning.

P.S. tell Darcy she did a good job of not gobbling it up before you got your photo icon_wink.gif
