I'd like to do a switcheroo, if I may-

I will make this: Yemen Rub instead of this: Hilbeh - Traditional Spiced Fenugreek Dip from Yemen

    Thanks!

    Hi Guys wave.gif

Wow, what a month. I've been sick and without a computer (thanks to DH!)
Also we had some reno going on which didn't do much to help me feel any better.

Anyway, I have my puter back for awhile and I'm feeling better if not perfect.

I made Um Safia's 'akwa - Traditional Yemeni Oxtail Stew #385823 back at the beginning of the month but was finally able to review it this morning.

I completed Chicken Zurbian Rice from Yemen #512529 and loved it icon_biggrin.gif
And I didn't forget the other recipes, but currently I'm again sick half of the time, so the coffees and the bean dish have to wait some more days until I'm sure my stomach will agree icon_confused.gif
Meanwhile, I'm going over to the land of figs and apricots!
