    Sweet Pickle Relish

    Sat Oct 26, 2013 12:41 am Groupie
It really only takes a few moments to make it yourself, but boy is it better than store-bought! It also looks more vibrant than in the photo. Now, if I could just figure out what to put it on since I don't eat hotdogs and rarely hamburgers...

This really looks wonderful! I love it that one can so clearly see the consistency of the relish -- it looks delicious!!

It will go (surely?) with pork, with cold meats, even with a roast chicken. Or a sandwich with ham and this relish ... yum!!

This is a canning recipe, I just don't have enough jars. I should just go get more.

I am definitely making this. I love relish. What a great picture. Definitely sold me on this.

I think of cuban sandwich does have pickles. Just use the relish.
Or you could make a pork tenderloin, butterflied with relish and provolone (a play off a cuban too), that wrap it up. I would be delicious.

Relish is also great mixed in ground beef when making meatloaf; and, of course in potato salad.
