    ETA: The Paupered Chef posted the recipe in two parts: Part One and Part Two.

    And honestly, more than anything, a dedicated sausage stuffer (not the KA attachment, or a pastry bag or, gawd forbid, a funnel) the sausage stuffer makes the project actually do-able.

    My meat grinder has a sausage stuffing attachment that should work. I'm just assuming because I have never used it before. icon_smile.gif
