Hubby wants to try grilled salmon with apple cider glaze. I'm up for it. icon_smile.gif

Probably with broccoli and . . . some sort of grain.

Chicken. I don't know if it will be breasts or legs but I seem to have a whack of both in the freezer so I need to start making more chicken meals.

Back when I have some brilliant idea. icon_wink.gif

Morning everyone - Tonight, finishing up the pork tenderloin I had on Monday. I think I will reheat it with some BBQ sauce.
Also, making a 2x baked spud, I have a pretty big one, so I can cut in half and freeze the other half for another time.
And, a cabbage wedge cooked with onions.
If it doesn't rain, I plan to do it on the grill. It's still hot, but nights and early am, are a bit cooler; and, a nice breeze. Nice to be outside.

I'm going to marinate and then skewer up some chicken tenders to grill. To go with I'm going to do something really stupid and make Bacon Jam to fry potatoes in. Slaw on the side.

I find it keeps half of forever in the fridge - or it would if, you know, it was around that long. icon_smile.gif

About once a year, I take the bacon scraps and stuff that my DH sticks in the freezer during the summer and make up a big batch of bacon jam. It's REALLY good for breakfast sandwiches. . .

I think it's going to elevate my Panzanella Salads, I think it would be good stuffed into apple halves and baked with a pork roast, I think Bruschetta is changed forever, as well as cheeseburgers, brats and hot dogs, breakfast burritos, grilled cheese, sauted onions and mushrooms for steak...............................it's........................endless icon_lol.gif
