we're keeping it simple tonight (plus getting stuff out of the freezer) (SIGH) - I've got leftover chicken that's going into some homemade mole (wow a little of that stuff goes a long way, doesn't it?), which will be served alongside Mexican Rice. And probably green beans because, you know, the garden. icon_confused.gif

I woke up with a strong aversion to doing any cooking at all. icon_smile.gif
We will however have to eat so I'll be back when I can think of something.

I have some leftover roasted veggies from lastnight's chicken dinner, so that'll do for the sides.

Hey... thanks for pimping my recipe! You'll like it!

I'm having a turkey meatloaf recipe that I have been working on for over a year. By George... I think I've got it! I'll post it in the next few days and stop with my OCD recipe fiddling. Does 1/8 extra or less tsp of whatever spice REALLY make a difference? I think not. Time to post it.

I Love the flat wide Italian green beans! Have you had those? I'm not talking French cut green beans. They sorta look like snow peas. Love those. yummy.gif

    They resemble this...

We had Seasoned Mashed Lentils (w/o the oil), and a raw veggie salad with fat-free dressing, and boiled french fries with ketchup.
