    Morning Shapes!

Lady #4: She has company coming in late tonight, so something easy
    - Beef barley soup - Egg, tuna, and chicken salads (lettuce, tomato) - Loaf of bread and rolls - Honeydew, cantaloupe, and grape salad - key lime tarts (a basic key lime recipe, but made as tarts)

Me: Pork tenderloin marinating in my own Greek seasoning; mixed with, white wine, dijon, olive oil, garlic, and onion. Grilled and topped w/tomato, Feta, olive relish.
On the side, grilled acorn squash, cut in wedges

We're still on our cleaning-out-the-freezer mission here - meatballs (using a blend of sausage and grinding beef from the freezer) cooked in roasted tomato sauce (tomatoes from the garden that I'm keeping OUT of the freezer, so that totally counts). DH wants spaghetti, and I'll probably have salad and bread with it.

Don has a hankering for Shepherds Pie. Works for me because I can make it early and pop it in the oven when he gets home at 7:30.

I have figured out the way to roast the chicken,
I've stuffed the cavity with a chopped sweet onion and
buttered the skin and sprinkled a very generous
amount of Emeril's Essence on it.
As for potatoes, still no clue. icon_rolleyes.gif
    The potatoes are:
    Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes

We had Frijoles Negros (Cuban Black Beans) (minus the oil & vinegar) over cooked pearl barley, and a raw veggie salad with fat free dressing. And for dessert: fresh pears.
