Not sure, but I do have mozzarella balls and an open jar of marinara. Wish I had an eggplant. Maybe Randy can whip up some pizza dough when he gets home, but he may not have time. If nothing else, leftover ribs, a fresh slaw, and Navy potatoes!

    Wednesday 9/11 -
Plain Baby Back Ribs from the Oven, hash browns, and cooked carrots.
When I was at the grocery store today, they had Pepridge Farm cakes on sale for $2.49. Very good price. Well, DH gets a special treat tonight. I bought him a Red Velvet cake and a Chocolate Fudge cake. He will be so surprised. I swear the man could sit down and eat a whole cake in one sitting. And he only weighs about 150. Life just isn't fair. I look at the stuff and gain 10 lbs. I shy away from that as much as possible.

wave.gif Hi RR! There is NO WAY I would get DH to try the coconut cake or even the key lime one. icon_lol.gif He is strictly a chocolate guy. He says if it isn't chocolate it's a waste of cake. icon_lol.gif He would try the yellow cake, because it has chocolate frosting. icon_lol.gif

    Thursday 9/12:

Turkey burgers with Chipotle Aioli on sandwich thins (which we prefer over regular buns) and baked beans.

I'm not sure about the meat portion of my
    meal, but the sides are:
    Italian Green Beans
    and Potato Pancakes.
I'll be back when I figure out the meat portion. icon_biggrin.gif

A good friend coming back into town after 3 months with family. He said he would pick up dinner. No clue.

But, I am making him, a pot of chicken, vegetable soup w/pasta; and a loaf of bread to take home. He needs something in that fridge to eat.
