I have a American Harvest Bread Classic II and it talks about doing the E-Z Homemade White Bread recipe. It came on a separate sheet than the manual. I have the manual I ordered that off line. Does anyone have this recipe? Willing to share it with me? Thank you in advance!! icon_smile.gif

Thank you! I will try one of those. I have never used a bread machine before always made the old fashioned way.

    Thank you again!

I resisted buying one for years, but love it now. It is just such a convenience, but also a real help when my arthritis flares up. And King Arthur flour people have concluded that it does a superior job of kneading dough - they should know!

A lot of us like to use it mainly to knead the dough, and then shape and bake the dough in the oven.

This is my cookbook for breads - many of the doughs are made in the bread machine, although not all, perhaps you'll see something appealing there, also, Bread Duona Maize Leib Brot Pane
