    Sorry for the delay. I've been away all day and just got home.

    I don't *think* that it would make much difference what onions you use. The only thing is that I have s suspicion that red onions would color the others pink............which might look pretty cool come to think of it. icon_lol.gif

    They would and I don't have a problem with that. Still haven't decided if I'll use red or yellow...

    Q: Are any of you gals still interested in some aleppo chili powder aka halaby ground pepper. I need to make a run this week to stock up on NA*ME food items. I can pick up a bottle of aleppo powder. It's a large bottle and I'm willing to share some with you.
