    Totally forgot to mention that I enjoyed Deb's Plain Bulgur #415661 last evening.

    I did pair it with the stew I mentioned earlier but I just had the bulgur and was a happy camper. icon_biggrin.gif

    Anyhoos, thank you for your review for my Persian tacos. Annacia's mujadarrah recipe is on my menu! Love that dish!

    You're quite welcome. We absolutely loved these tacos. In all the prep of the wonderful veggies, I forgot to place some baby lettuces on the platter.

    Annacia's dish is wonderful too and I have leftovers of both dishes! icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif
