Isn't it amazing how much flavor you get with NA/ME recipes! icon_biggrin.gif

Take heart Lori. Try a couple of times and if it's not going through try tomorrow. Sometimes those errors don't last long.

    Fingers crossed.

Well, I haven't been able to upload pictures to the site for nearly a week, but there's more than one way to get it here on the thread. No such luck for posting pics to the recipe, though. icon_cry.gif

Ok, through Photobucket, here's Syrian Potato Salad (Patata Salata) #477564

Not to worry Lori. We'll be moving on to Tunisia next month (9 days) and then you'll have all month to make all the Tunisian recipes that appeal to you. There is a lot more to choose from there too. icon_biggrin.gif

    I made
Baharat Aka Middle East Mixed Spices - the Real Mix #79179
    Syrian Mashed Potatoes #506812 and
    Chicken Majbouz #297910
for supper tonight. I am not sure if Chicken Majbouz is Syrian, but it uses baharat which was listed as being a staple spice in Syria. We all really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, I was surprised that the raw onion worked so well in them. (Sorry the picture turned out so poorly we were in a rush and there weren't enough leftovers to retake it.) icon_biggrin.gif
