Hi - Looks like a bit more activity here. Life seems hectic enough as it is, even though we don't have big school schedules to manage (yet -- DD turns 1 tomorrow!!!). Sometimes we are a revolving door and random things just happen. Right now I suddenly have major computer problems with work so I have to spend more time in the office and that is NOT helping! Here is the plan, but I figure this is the list of things we will eat this week; not necessarily on the day indicated.

Sat – parents in town; they brought pre-prepared pork tenderloin and assorted salads

Sun – music thing with friends; they are providing some stuff, I made guacamole and pita chips to bring (avocados were $1 each!)

Mon – Ana's Honey and Soy Glazed Salmon with haricot verts and mildly cheesy grits

Tue – burgers (I need to make several to freeze), brussels sprouts, polenta ‘fries’ with leftover grits

Wed – some kind of made-up white bean tomato soup with greens and rosemary and garlic; with bread to dip and cheese on top

Thu – Peanut Butter Chicken with Chile, brown rice or other grain, zucchini

Fri – Crispy Salmon Cakes With Lemon- Caper Mayonnaise, pseudo roast potatoes, veg

    Have a good week!
