I'm very partial to my own Chicken Kabuli (Murgh Kabuli),
but there are lots of great curries. I love Rogan Josh, Butter Chicken, many
veggies curries (especially with spinach). I make a few that I've haven't yet
posted here. Maybe I can do so when I get home from South America

I purchased a new book called 660 Curries. I have other Indian, curry cookbooks too but _had_ to have this one too icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif I like many curries including those found in Thailand and Singapore. I have to think about some of my most treasured curry recipes I have.

Did you know that Indian cooking is quite popular in Japan too? I have curry and Indian cookbooks written in Japanese and some of the dishes I've made are quite good.

    Which ones do you like?

Thanks for your replies. Especially, I am glad to hear about Indian cookbooks being written into Japanese. I would love to hear for recipe's in Thailand & Singapore curries.

I love curries, and have made a number of recipes in the slow cooker, which makes it easier for me. This is one I recently made and then posted, Thai Chicken Meatball Curry (Slow Cooker) . I made it with ground turkey.

This is another favorite, Prawn and Pumpkin Coconut Milk Curry - Konju Pulungari , from Kerala. And this is a dry curry - meaning, it does not have a sauce, so something a little different, Chickpea Curry With Fresh Dill (Rasa Walla Kabuli Chana)
