I am so tired of zucchini/courgettes/baby marrows -- the veg which is always available!! But this little recipe is great. The photo probably looks like dogs' food, but the recipe works just fine! icon_wink.gif

    It's Kaarin's Baked Zucchini.

Love baked zuc’s with cheese and all that melted cheese looks wonderful.

Also love how versatile the zucchini with an ability to fit into every course from appetizers to desserts.

If that's dog food then it looks mighty tasty! icon_wink.gif

You reminded me of something funny that happened a long time ago.
I harvested a very large, overlooked zucchini (about 15 pounds??!) out of my garden.
I then took a flannel baby blanket, swaddled the zucchini, placed it at my landlady's front door, rang the bell and ran away quickly.

She was quite puzzled with what the stork brought her.

I remember thinking later: why didn't I put the "baby" in a straw basket (Moses basket)?
