Hi my faithful menu friends!!! It's that time of the week again - to share our menus!!! I love reading what each of you put. I get so many ideas icon_smile.gif

This coming week in the ZWT we're changing regions so my menu is going to have some holes that I will fill with those recipes!

So here's my menu, such that it is. Share yours!!!

Saturday - some kind of fish dish I think. Still trying to like fish icon_smile.gif

Sunday - Gonna try to make the recipe for Italian Drunken Noodles.

Monday and Tuesday - ZWT recipes

Wednesday - Chili Mac and salad

Thursday - Bunco!!! Probably make some sort of burritos for the menfolk

Friday - Leftovers or out to eat!

C - So organized! I do my menu during the week and finalize by Fri only because I have too; and, I shop for the ladies meals at the market Sat am. So, it basically forces me to.
Some bad health news re my son; will no more later. Severe migrains and passing out. We don't know anything yet. So stressed, and not sleeping. I barely slept before, now I don't at all. Bad week, here ... hoping for improvement.
Looking for an easy week here.
    -------------------------------------------------
    SAT ...
Me: Chinese take out w/friend (our monthly or bi-monthly get together)

    SUN ...
Lady #4: 3 meals to be made and delivered Mon am
    - Broccoli chicken pasta casserole (no soup) - It's almost like a mac and cheese, but much healthier; garden salad
    - Rouladen; spaetzle; and pickled cucumber salad
    - White cannellini bean soup; homemade dinner rolls; ham salad
Me: Out - a new Mexican place where a friend works; they have a Sun special. Choose 4 main items, 2 sides, and dessert for only $8.50; and, there is 2/1 on beer and wine. Hours are 2-6. Sounds like a deal. You can pay that for drive through these days.

    MON ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Same casserole and salad as Lady #4
    Me: Leftover Chinese

    TUES ...
Me: Cauliflower zucchini soup, mini BLT's (on homemade wheat rolls)

    WED ...
Lady #1 and #2: Finally their dinner party TBD (a seafood fest)
Me: Fresh whole grilled snapper; grilled rosemary potato wedges; and creamy cucumber radish salad

    THURS ...
Lady #3: She asked for chicken ... Maybe chicken saltimbocco w/orzo; sauteed mixed beans; salad or fruit (still planning)
Me: Work late, so, probably a garden salad

    FRI ...
Ladies #1 and #2: No Game/Card Night - Church BBQ
Me: Fish sandwich; slaw; and curly fries

SC and Ellie, I really hope things go well this week with health issues! Good luck!

Here is my menu this week. Easy!

Sat – dinner/movie night at friends’ house; we had chicken and corn on the grill, green beans, and I brought a big salad

Sun – sister still in town; we had polenta cakes with kale/walnut pesto (great kale at the farmer’s market) and chicken

Mon – friend’s house for dinner; we have been told not to bring anything (might still bring wine)

    Tue – leftovers from Sunday

Wed – garlic shrimp with asparagus (coupon for free pound of frozen shrimp!)

Thu – tuna melts in tortillas

Fri – I think my parents may be in town; otherwise I have some leftovers in the freezer
