    Hello my bestest menu pals!!!! How are you all?
    I'm ready to play the Zaar World Tour, so I'm kinda holding back on finalizing my menu until I see what kind of challenges are coming. So hopefully I'll have a menu ready on Sunday.

    But please share yours if'n you're ready!!!!

    Good morning all. Enjoying our summer and a plentiful garden. Here is the plan Mon-Fri:

    Mon: Herb Garden Pasta, Sauteed Zucchini and salad

    Tues: Slow Cooked Pork Chop Dinner, Almond Brussels Sprouts and baked sweet potatoes

    Wed: Chicken Burgers, steamed broccoli and salad

    Thurs: Taco Spuds, chips and queso and salad

    Fri: Grilled Lamb Chops, grilled veggies, salad, Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake and Sea Mist

    Lunches: Zesty Rice and Bean Salad & Herbed Tuna Salad

    Breakfast: Chorizo and White Cheddar Breakfast Burritos

    Snacks: Pool Mix & Ww 2 Points - Layered Dip for Nachos

    I had a wierd crazy week ... all my meals got changed, but I guess they all got made eventually. Work was all messed up, and weather screwed up everything. Good news, I have AC again, thank god! icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif
    Lets see, otherwise, pretty normal week, work, eat, play; and whatever, icon_smile.gif. A few things yet to be determined; and, exact recipe also to be determined later this weekend.

    Work (midnight shift), me treating the boys with black bean chorizo chili (avocado and sour cream toppings); corn bread stuffed jalapenos; grilled romaine with a salsa vinaigrette (all recipes on another site)

    SUN ...
    Lady #4: 3 dishes to be delivered Mon am
    - swiss steak w/horseradish mashed potatoes; green beans
    - stuffed zucchini with sausage and vegetables; Greek bean salad; fresh fruit
    - Gazpacho, a large loaf of homemade bread, muffaletta sandwich
    Me: Grilled zucchini topped with w/tomatoes, mozz; chicken sausages; fruit salad

    MON ...
    Lady #1 and #2: Stuffed peppers; mashed potatoes; and a vegetable - Lady #1 green beans and Lady #2 corn
    Me: Open face steak sandwich w/mushrooms and swiss; onions rings

    TUES ...
    Creamed chicken over biscuits; marinated cucumber salad w/olives

    WED ...
    Lady #1 and #2: Baked sesame chicken; peanut sesame noodles; sauteed carrots and snow peas; marinated cucumber salad
    Me: Happy hour with friends - always have leftovers at home if I'm hungry

    THURS ...
    Lady #3: TBD, thinking a scallop dish
    Me: Jalapeno tilapia served over rice; sauteed glazed carrots

    FRI ...
    Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night - TBD, thinking a spring roll theme
    Me: G/F for dinner - Steak fajitas, quacamole and sour cream, fresh tomato salsa; fruit

    Saturday - Roasted sausages on buns with onions and peppers

    Sunday - Greek Feta Burger with Roasted Veggie Orzo

    Monday - Greek Chicken Lemonata and Spaghetti With Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garlic, and Feta Cheese

    Tuesday - Creole Green Beans, Slow Cooker Chicken Creole and Creole Beans and Rice

    Wednesday and Thursday open for stretch!

    Hi,

    I would love to join in with ZWT or anything involving a few moments of time with meal planning or trying new recipes. For some reason I am completely strapped for time these days. So I don't really have recipes to share; this is my plan that I had to come up with in my head and write down later.

    Sat –Baja Black Beans, Corn and Rice leftovers with tortillas

    Sun – BBQey chicken (augmented with some chickpeas) with tortillas and Brussels sprouts

    Mon – “spaghetti” over pasta; we got free premade burgers with a coupon and found that they are not very good at all, so I am going to thaw them, smash them, and use them in a spaghetti sauce with veggies and plenty of garlic and herbs

    Tue – broiled salmon with honey-dijon sauce with cheesy grits and broccoli

    Wed – burgers (normal ones, made by me) with polenta fries and market veg (we have a farmer’s market at the park during the week)

    Thu – stirfry with fish over brown rice

    Fri – white bean soup with some pepperoni thrown in for a dash of meat; with bread

    That's an excellent idea for those patties. My boys love them cuz they can cook them up quickly, but I don't like them.
