    I have completed Moroccan Dry Rub #356043 by threeovens and Tunisian Tomatoes #505772 by Nif.

    We used the Moroccan rub on some grilled salmon. I uploaded a pic of the tomatoes and it says it successfully uploaded, but the pic is not there???

    North Africa (note to self : buy more couscous, lol! interesting, by the way, how the couscous I get here seems more grainy than other photos I'm seeing posted, elsewhere you seem to be able to get a pearly couscous, which I've never seen here)

    There is regular couscous which you have used. The larger pearls you see are called 'Israeli couscous'. Hath.

    Oh, ok!!! That's so interesting! I shall begin a search for this, coz I'd really like to try it, but in the meantime, regular will have to do! I told DH, we're going to be eating a LOT of couscous in the next few weeks!! happily, we love it!
