Great sale on lobster tails.....so cheap that I bought a boatload! Am now looking for asian-style recipes to use it with. Also some shrimp ones that can use the lobster in its stead.

Hi Happy Harry -- lucky you having all that lobster. Yummo!
I tried searching for some recipes for you, but the sifter isn't working for me
tonight. All I can suggest is trying to sift yourself or doing a google search
for Asian Lobster. Maybe someone has a different idea -- or even better --
    a great recipe to share.

You can probably stir-fry with ginger and shallots -- treat it like shrimp/prawns.
Wish I could be more help, but I'm travelling in South America.

We don't have many Asian lobster recipes but, as you know, any recipe calling for shrimp can easily use lobster.

With the recipe sifter out of whack, I just went searching using various keywords like lobster tail and shrimp and came up with the following:

I hope that these will help to send you in the right direction. If I can be of service to you again, just let me know.

Big thanks from me too! Lots of great ideas. I already made one, Mee Goreng Tauceo. Just posted my review also. I have frozen most of the tails but left enough for a dish for tomorrow.

Any chance of coming to your house for dinner? I love lobster, but it's so
darn expensive in Australia that I only get it for special occasions.
