    I will be one of the players from my team doing this challenge.



    Although for question # 13 I would have to disagree and say that there is a rivalry between 2 locally produced hot sauces - the original Louisiana hot sauce is preferred by many over tabasco - http://www.louisianapepper.com/original-lahs.html

    My husband's cajun family will only use tabasco if there is no Louisiana hot sauce available, since apparently tabasco doesn't have the same depth of flavor. (Personally I think they are both gross icon_wink.gif )

    I think that you're right that there is a rivalry between these two producers. From the link that you provided, they do claim to be the original. I'll go back thru my notes and find my source for question #13 and post it later.

    Personally, I like both sauces and usually always have them both on hand.
