Pinkie, come on over to our Cookbooks forum. I think you'd be very interested in the first two threads at the top of the forum's topics list: Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Your Cookbooks and Eureka! Cookbooks Organization.

    Hi
Yes I was able to finally find some time to test these recipes, and he just loved them!
    The ones I tried were:

Easy Crescent Samosa, I just made some home made "soy" sauce, it has no soy in it, just some natural ingrediants, and it worked great, and I cut back on the spices a bit.

Qaubuli Palau (Yellow Rice With Carrots and Ground Beef)
I just left out the beef, and added extra vegetables

    Amanda's Thai Peanut
Again I used the home made soy sauce, and changed the rice wine vinegar to apple cider vinegar, and it was a hit! icon_smile.gif

I am not sure what I am going to make tonight, I am hoping he will get creative and start exploring a bit and make supper for all of us tonight, since he get's home before me, well one can always hope right? icon_smile.gif
