    "Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake"

Does anyone know if you can prepare these ahead of time and warm them up in the microwave or oven just before serving? Or can you prepare the batter and put in the ramekins, then refrigerate for a few hours, and pop in the oven a half hour or so before you want to serve?
