    Yesterdays bake on the Big Green Egg. My first try at bread. Also egged a pot roast. Cooked it down until the juices were almost gone. It tasted so good the carrots and onions carmelized some. Yum!

    Wow! Great looking breads! I need to send a link to this to a friend of mine who has a Green Egg - although I don't think he'll be using it just now, as he's in that awful heat situation in Phoenix. But later.

    My only experience with outdoor bread baking is to make pizzas on the grill, which was a very entertaining party focus.
