I often go to a Chinese restaurant near me for lunch or dinner. They have this dessert that I really love but I can't figure it out. It's called Egg Ta. It's a crepe that was put in something like a cupcake tin and filled with some kind of fluffy sweet egg mixture. It is amazing and I would love to make it myself. If anyone knows what it is please tell me.

Egg Ta is something I have not been able to find but Dan Ta is close to your meaning and is the words "Egg Tart". If this is close to what you ate, I have two more recipes for you to look at.

If neither is close to what you experienced, please return to the forum and let us know how what you had differs so we can keep looking for you.

    Take care!

What you should be searching is Chinese egg tart. Very, very common sweets found at Chinese buffets and some Chinese restaurants in the US.
