Does anyone have the recipe for Signe's Bakery (on Hilton Head Island), SC Key Lime Bread Pudding.
Would love to have it. It is wonderful! icon_smile.gif

Here are 2 recipe that may work. Just use key lime juice in place of the lemon juice or use fresh and you will have some zest to add.

    Thank You Chicagoland and Zeldaz,
I will try the lemon bread pudding and sub. key lime. the other is a possibility, especially with the margarita mix.
I looked at Epicurious and I know there are no graham crackers in Signe's bread pudding.
If you like key lime you would love Signe's.
Thank you both. I think I will try that tomorrow.
Today I made honey/maple syrup pumpkin pie from fresh pumpkin I had put up.
    Enjoy your baking ladies!

"offer your substations". I figured it had to be autocorrect from a "smart" (allegedly) phone. My husband's is constantly changing words on him.

That's funny! I live in Costa Rica, where my friends are either native Costa Ricans (Spanish language) or expats like me (English language). My iPhone language is set to English, so whenever I try to write in Spanish, it inserts the most outlandish words!!! icon_rolleyes.gif Gotta be very careful... I hate autocorrect!!!

Hope it is not late, but maybe you would like to try this delicious bread pudding with lime sauce instead of lemon: icon_biggrin.gif icon_wink.gif

icon_eek.gif icon_rolleyes.gif Somehow this site does auto correct as well. I was not using a "smart" phone.
