    Easy Dinner

On the Grill. A basic Eckridge smoked sausage, simmered in beer in my cast iron on the grill; then transferred directly the grates to finish cooking. Polenta, cooked in broth, finished with just a little parmesan and sharp cheddar, no cream, but a little Badia all purpose and cumin. Peppers and onions, my own mix I keep in the freezer - green, red, yellow, cubanelle, and onion - cooked in a foil pouch with a touch a olive oil and cajun seasoning.

And watermelon ... and that was just one piece. I scarfed down 3 ... I love watermelon and it was so sweet. I call it dessert.

Gee, Kim, the colours in these photos all "pop", as Deb would say. Wonderfully colourful and attractive! In fact -- gorgeous photos, and a pleasure to look at! wave.gif

    Thx Zurie,

For once, all I did was resize and and just a little lighting. It was a good summertime meal on the grill.
