    Justin Wilson shrimp alfredo?

I have never posted here so I hope I am in the right place!

I used to have a receipe for a Spicy Shrimp Alfredo that Justin Wilson once made on TV. During the show I scribbled the receipe down and cooked it successfully many times. I have moved several times since then and I wanted to make it a few nights ago. Looked for my scrap of paper and no luck...
I have no idea how I used to make that and I can't find the receipe anywhere on the internet! Do any of you know where I can find it? Or at least something close? When I try to make it, it is just missing that 'one' thing that my taste buds remember, but I can't bring it to mind!!
If you can help, I 'gar-on-tee' I will be one happy guy!

    Thanks in advance,
    Dan

Alfredo usually is just butter and Parmesan. There IS a Wilson recipe for Justin Wilson's Shrimp Scampi in the database, perhaps you can add plenty of Parm to it and it will come close to what you remember? Or did he do something like add andouille to his version?

Thank you so much for the reply! I'm also looking for a chef to try my stuff if I try their stuff...

If you are interested in a PAC, please let me know! I'd love to try out some new stuff and to have someone try my stuff too.

I don't get the Parsley part??? there is NO parsley in the recipe. The only green thing are the onions. LOL wave.gif
I also have Justin Wilson's Cook Book and there is no such recipe in there. Neither chicken or shrimp with those ingredients. However the recipe in our base here sound awesome and I will surely give it a try. icon_biggrin.gif
