I'm watching giada at home (2pm, central time) Thursday June 6, 2013. I can't believe what I just witnessed Giada do, she put raw chicken and raw beef in the same pan to marinate for 4 hours. As a chef, this is not acceptable, and it's an old episode, which means, this has slipped by more than once. I'm an avid viewer for years and I still can't get by this, my jaw is dropped wide open. I have fired people from my kitchen for rookie made stakes like that, please, you have got to the right thing, and let your public know that this is 100% unacceptable.

I am so sorry. I'm very passionate about this industry and in the heat of the moment I was in to much of a hurry to get an important message across, that I didn't double check if I had the correct web site. Once again, my apologies, but I'm glad I could post what a wrongful action that took place on a major network, sincerely Chef Steph
