    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
I joined/signed up yesterday. After receiving an email from you, I opened it and it said your email has been confirmed. I then went to log in, and it sent me straight back to the home page, with the sign in in CAPITAL letters. I tried signing in many times, it did not work. I found my way to the community forums/customer support part of this website and found post after post after post about problems logging on. The stock answer seemed to be, clear your cookies !!! reboot your computer ! get a new password, check the remember me on this computer box when signing in. Also popular is what os are you using. Along with the stock answer I found a curious reply... that posters seem to be logged in at some point because they can post in forums. Well being logged in at some point is NOT is not fully logged in !!! I joined/signed up so that I could see all the recipes in one category at one time, just like it says at the bottom of the list of 20 recipes

Displaying up to 20 pages of results. To see all results, sign in or register

Well I tell you that I've tried numerous time both from the home page, and at the bottom of the 20 recipe page to sign in and it has not worked.

Please let Mary know what browser/version you are using. Also, check that your java and Flash are up to date, as those are necessary to use this site. I can understand your frustration, but not everyone is having the same experience. Just for comparison, today I have used Firefox v 21 with Windows 7 and IE8 with XP, and the only thing I am having a problem with is searching my own reviews. I've been able to do everything else. With everyone having different configurations of systems, browsers and other add-ons or what have you, it isn't always easy to troubleshoot just what the problem might be.
