    Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been absent. I think it's because I've mostly been using my iPad and this site isn't that friendly sometimes.... But I'm ready to do a little cooking and I found lots of good things in my chef's book this month. I see lots of bok choy at the market, and I love almonds, so for Mikekey, I'm choosing: Tofu and Bok Choy Noodle Bowl #494518, and Triple Almond Cookies (Vegan) #481441.
    Then for something I've never tried before.. Balsamic Vinegar Pearls #500406 from our VIP Sharon!

    For Lalaloula, instead of Smoked Tofu and Asparagus Toss -#478944, I will make Yoghurt Corn Muffins With Corn -#394091

    Can't find smoked tofu and don't want to set up the smoker right now for a block of tofu icon_rolleyes.gif
