    Insert SAD face here: icon_sad.gif

I discovered that I am out of red lentils. Among other items for other tags in other forums. Grr. SO I am bailing on main: Barb’s Lentil Soup #349479 by MyFoodCoach and dessert dessert: Date a Nut Meringue Cookies #199149 by lemoncurd because at this point, I have no meals to make before we leave town for a week. When I get back, y'all will have been in Syria for several days!

There has been a small problem with having to travel papers in order. Nothing that can't be ironed out but we'll be spending another few days here in Saudi Arabia. Please keep your hotel room until further notice.

    I completed my tags of:
Saudi Tahini & Tomato Chicken #390844 by UmmBinat
Almond Tahini Date Balls #395423 by the80srule

    Both very yummy icon_biggrin.gif

Everybody who's burning up is invited to visit me at the Dutch border. We just made it from 44 degrees in the early morning up to 66 degrees right now. Not that I'm complaining - the South-East of Germany starts drowning again, so we're quite blessed here, but it just could be a bit warmer for a change... icon_lol.gif

    Hi Mia wave.gif

I'll get that noted for you right away hon.

Right now I'm thoroughly enjoying the heat after so many months of ice, snow and below freezing temps. I'll take all I can get of this. icon_biggrin.gif

    Hi Annacia wave.gif
Definitely do that!! I'm inhaling our 68 degrees with joy, too, because everything is better than cold and snow and all that gray we had for 5 months.

We are supposed to have 31 and cloudy today. I have turned the house fan on but not felt the need for any A.C. so far.

Just mixed up a batch of Caramel Banana ice cream. It's chilling in the freezer for 30 mins before it goes into the ice cream maker. icon_biggrin.gif
