    Site Maintenance Past Couple of Days - Many Bugs Fixed!

    We have experienced a few bugs over the past couple of days, as many of you have noticed. Our team has worked diligently to have these fixed. We believe everything should be working fine now and ask that everyone please delete your cookies and cache, shut your computer down and try the site again. We hope this eliminates any problems you have experienced lately. Thank you!

    icon_sad.gif - i cant not access my account. When i sign in it brings me to the home page w/o signing in ! i can not access my cookboks or anything. Thank you for your help.

    I've done everything suggested....tried 3 different browsers, cleared cookies and cache, even tried 3 different computers. Nothing works. I can get into my profile, but cannot access my private cookbooks, and no matter how many times I sign in, it doesn't stick. Please work on this Monday.

    I'm still having trouble signing in. It will not accept my log in and goes back to the same page without access. This problem isn't fixed. I will keep trying and hopefully can access my account sometime this weekend. Thanks.

    Looks like you need to reset your password. Your password must be at least six characters long with no spaces.

    Ok this is getting ridiculous, I changed my password on my account because you said it needed to be 6 characters long, and I'm still not getting anywhere. It would be appreciated very much if someone could really help me get into my account.

    I registered on this site yesterday, got the reply email and opened it. It said, Thank you your email address has been confirmed. I sign in and it took me right back to the home page, the sign in icon still there. I then went to the help section/faq's and tried to find out what was going on, and read about the bug issue and how other members were having problems. I saw on more than one post that members were to reset either their password, delete cookies, try another browser, THEN sign in again. Wow !!!

    This morning I again attempted to sign in, and again after doing so, the home page popped up and what do I find,,,,,,,,, I am NOT signed in !!!


    What gives ?

    You are signed in on some level, since you would not be able to post in any forum if you were not. Please advise Mary which browser/version that you are using and describe what it is that you are trying to do that you cannot do. I am using Firefox v.21, and can do nearly everything, other than "search this set" in reviews. Everyone's experience seems to be different.

    Ok, I don't know what is going on. Yesterday I was signed in and able to use my account. Today it's back to the same problem! Evidentially, the problem has not been corrected. Very frustrating.
