I believe this is day 3 of not being able to access "reviews"....I'm bored!

I read reviews every single day so I am missing them! icon_cry.gif

What a bummer! My internet was down Wed and Thur, got it back Fri. and was SO looking forward to reading the reviews 'cause I read them every day, too, Mums. It's one of the first things I do each morning. Well, after I make my coffee, anyway...

I was able to sign in but cannot get to the reviews. It just says "We'll be right back" but it's been saying that since at least yesterday morning. I've rebooted my computer, cleared my cookies and history, and have tried on both Firefox and IE9.

Also, I just tried to look at the Turkey Meatloaf and couldn't. Instead, I got a page that says "Oops, recipe cannot be found," even though it has over 200 reviews.

I don't seem to have the identity issue any longer (for the moment anyway), but am experiencing what you are with regards to recipes. Such odd goings on these past 2 days. icon_eek.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Me three. I get the 'We'll be right back' screen when trying to access the reviews for the day. I am using Google Chrome. I can't seem to locate what version of Google Chrome. I'll look around more and update this message when I find out.

Marie, I've also tried with Google Chrome and my luck was no better. I think the Reviews portion is just plain screwed up and not caused by something we're doing or using. It would be nice if there was someone around who could give us an answer, wouldn't it. Or who could actually fix it. icon_rolleyes.gif

I wonder if it's closed to everyone, or just a selected few. icon_sad.gif

I think it just doesn't work. Something that was broken when something
else was supposedly fixed. And we noticed and reported. icon_rolleyes.gif

Edited to add: I've tried on both Chrome and Safari.

Still not working...I am partially signed in....I can post, but I can't add to cookbooks or access any of my private cookbooks. I've tried zmailing someone, 3 different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, nothing seems to work. The "fix" seems to have broken some of the software!

I, too, am having problems. As usual. This site is a chronic source of extreme irritation and stress for me. Of all the sites I deal with on a regular basis, this is the most unstable and unreliable site of them all.

As is virtually always the case with me, cookies and caches are not the problem. Because this is the response I usually receive, I have all but given up on even letting you know when the site is acting up.

It keeps logging me out. It won't let me submit private recipes. And it is extraordinarily slow.

    I am using FF 21.0

This site needs a new IT team.

Everytime I clear my cache and cookies, it screws up every other site I visit, so no thank you on that fix! I couldn't log in earlier even though I am "permanently" logged in and now I can't access my z-mail. I left a review and posted a photo earlier and was notified that both posted but they are not showing.

When errors occur, your cache and cookies can hold those errors and you need to reset or clear to get rid of them. Cookies are also used to keep track of your settings on different sites to help you log in. When you clear your cache and cookies, the sites cannot recall your settings for you to use. So although it helps get rid of errors on one site, it will clear your info on another. There are both bad and good cookies. What happens specifically when you try to log in? Also, what recipe is your review and photo not showing up on? Please be aware, notifications are automatic. Sometimes it takes a little longer for recipes, reviews and photos to publish to the site.
