    Warm weather cooking

I remember seeing a thread about warm weather cooking. It had links to all sorts of recipes like make ahead rice, cooking pasta with minimal boiling. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to find this or we could start a new one. The only things I can think of as we head into this summer are salads, BLTs and One skillet meals.

This year I am planning on making wraps my go to for summer. We just had Chicken quesadillas for dinner. Using cooked chicken, tomatoes, green onion, peppers, chili powder, seasoning salt, cheddar.

We also been eating Chicken Wraps. I use cooked chicken or crispy chicken strips, with lettuce, tomato, cheddar, ranch dressing.
