Hey there. If you right-click on the HotSync icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and select the "Custom..." option, do you see "Recipezaar" in the list of conduits? If not, you'll need to re-install by running setup.exe from the zip file you downloaded. Before you re-install, though, make sure that "c:program filespalm" is in your path. To check this, right-click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, click on the "Advanced" tab in the dialog that comes up, then click on the "Environment Variables" button (this process may be a little different depending on what version of Windows you're running). There will be a "path" entry; if it doesn't include "c:/program files/palm" (those forward slashes should be backslashes but our bulletin board gets confused by those) go ahead and add it, then re-install.

Let me now if that works; I think it will.
