I was up at 3:30. Crazy!

I made a pot of veggie soup.

Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night. Sandwich Night
Pimento Cheese, Egg Salad, of Ham Salad on small party bread (those little " squares) pump and rye. Gourmet reg and sweet potato chips from Whole Foods, homemade pickles, minted pea dip with veggies as dippers. Carrot Cake Cookies for dessert

Me: Two friends for dinner and a movie. RAID the fridge night. We may watch something on pay per view cable or go out. We like the midnight movies. I guess we will figure it out later.

I have ribs in the crockpot right now which I will finish off on the grill. (Actually, it will be DH who gets stuck with the BBQ part!) Bought some nice corn on the cob too.

I thawed out two little slider hamburger patties that I bought in the clearance bin a few weeks ago. It sounded like a good idea last night because I have a tomato and 1/2 of an avocado that I need to use up pronto!

24 hours later...I'm really not in the mood for sliders... but I am committed so that is supper. icon_cool.gif
