    im looking at a recipe and it says kosker, what is that???

    Maybe it's a typo for "kosher"?

    Without the recipe ID number no one could say for sure, or even guess. Kosher sounds likely to me, though! K is only two keys over from H.

    I'll make it unanimous. It sounds like a typo for "kosher," but we'd need to see the recipe to know for sure.
