    I read somewhere, how to freeze chimichangas, but don't know if it was before they were cooked or after. Does anyone know? Only two of us, and I always make too much.

    That explained it the same way I had read it . I thank it meant to freeze them before they were cooked. I had already cooked mine, so went ahead and froze them. We'l see how they turn out.

    LOL I am a bad one to do that. I skim over and not really read something. Some times I really read things funny.
