Hi Lilliana. Welcome to this forum.

It is always difficult to find a specific copycat recipe from a restaurant, but you can recreate a recipe you want on your own, by adding or omitting the ingredients from other similar recipes.

This is the description of the appetizer from that restaurant:

TWIGS BISTRO & MARTINI BAR - MENU -
    http://www.twigsbistro.com/twigs-bistro-menu-appetizers

BUTTERNUT SQUASH FLATBREAD - APPETIZER -
Roasted butternut squash, bacon, caramelized onions and fresh sage, on our artisan flatbread with gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese ...7.99

And I found this similar recipe in the Internet which is very close to that description including roasted butternut squash, chopped onion, brown sugar (to caramelize the onions), pancetta (or bacon), pizza crust (or flat bread). You can add sage instead of the basil pesto, and also add Gorgonzola and Mozzarella cheeses instead of the Asiago and Feta:

ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH PESTO PIZZA - PILLSBURY RECIPE -
    Bake-Off® Contest 44, 2010 - Karen Stuber - Fulton, New York
    http://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/butternut-squash-pesto-pizza/1fe12b25-a573-4efd-a2a6-4b2563e7640c

    Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups diced peeled butternut squash
1/2 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Crisco® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Pure Olive Oil
1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
    4 oz pancetta, diced
    3 tablespoons basil pesto
1/2 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
    1/3 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Walnuts
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

You can see the directions in the Pillsbury Website link above and print out the recipe to have it on hand. icon_biggrin.gif icon_wink.gif
