Either the Chicken we didn't have or
pork. It depends on what I come across
    when I freezer dive. icon_rolleyes.gif icon_lol.gif

I went freezer diving and found something
    porkish (almost), Hot Dogs.
So, I'm making a very much enjoyed recipe.

Yay! Don is home at a normal dinner time tonight. I like to eat a bit later than some but cooking at 9pm just sucks.

Tonight I'm making Potstickers with Asian Slaw. icon_smile.gif

I have out a pork tenderloin that I found tucked away in the freezer. Will have to scrounge for a recipe/method on what to do with that little sucker. Sides, mashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts for me, peas for DH. So far that is the plan anyway. We shall see what the day brings!

Had a late lunch with a g/f. Working midnights tonight. So, I'm taking some freezer stash pork stew, baguettes, and greens from the garden for me and my coworker.

Bacon wrapped filets w/some shrimp scampi that was out of this world! Out of white wine icon_eek.gif and used tequila instead. TDF!!! Baked potatoes & mixed veggies w/lettuce wedge. Simple and old Cindi scored major brownie points! icon_smile.gif
