Both of these are family favorites

Lemon Mousse Crown - easy to make, light and refreshing

Spectacular Strawberry Trifle (Note- first ingredient should read 3 poundcakes (frozen Sara Lee pound cakes are fine, thaw before using)
A software glitch won't let me correct it - software insists on listing ingredient as "3lb cake"!! icon_sad.gif

    Try this: http://italianliqueurs.blogspot.com.es/2013/05/gelo-di-mellone-watermelon-pudding.html

It's a typical Sicilian recipe. You can substitute the liqueur with watermelon juice or melon juice.

In the same blog, look also for Ricotta and Tangerine Pudding.
It's another Sicilian recipe (they have a lot of warm days, down there!).
