I'm new here and just tried to post but it didn't seem to work, so I'll try again. I just found out that I need to avoid wheat gluten, I'm not celiac, just gluten intolerant.
Already feel much better when I avoid the stuff. I thought this would be a good place to share info or recipes and am hoping to gradually learn a bit more about how to cope.

Welcome, you will find a lot of information here - in particular the ingredients lists above will help you learn which ingredients/products to void, to lessen your exposure to gluten. We also have a lot of gluten-free recipes posted, which I am sure will be of help.
