    Thank you Molly, "big time" for the Gluten-Free Conversion Chart.

    My daughter and I are "sooooooo happy to know there is a chart. My daughter has been a big successful baker. Since needing to be GF, she & her family have missed her great recipes. Me too. I have family special recipes I wouldn't be able to make when she is at my house.

    Your chart may not solve all her problems, or mine, but, at least, we will have a way to see what will work and what will need to be "twicked" to work.
