I have a smoothie recipe I concocted. How do I submit it and where do I get the nutritional info to put with it? Thank you, Kay Campion.

You don't need to do the nutritional info, the software does it when you submit it. Click on the blue box to the right of your icon at the top right of the page, a box will open up and the Submit a Recipe button will be on the lower right of that box.
You might want to read this first for more info.

Thank you for your post. I've had the flu so I'm gonna wait a bit before submitting my first recipe. But I can say that it is both tasty& healthy and not high in calories or fat. I have to have a low fat diet. I'll be back when I'm better. Kay icon_wink.gif
