Grandma's Penuche Frosting Is there any way to make the penuche frosting on the cake in the photo more attractive? Is the frosting too thick to frost the sides of the cake? Thank you.

You can decorate your cake any way you'd like! If you read the reviews, you'll see that the chef that photographed the recipe used the frosting for cupcakes!

Sorry, I just went by the photo of the cake. I usually don't read reviews until I'm positive I want to use a recipe. Makes sense to me. You must admit the cake photo is not the most attractive. And I rarely make cupcakes.

Photos of the recipes are graciously submitted by our members, and we are very happy to have them. They are not professionally taken by the website owners. We would love to post your photo of Grandma's Penuche Frosting when you submit it. icon_smile.gif

I'd eat that cupcake in a heartbeat! Twice the frosting as a normal one!
