Whole Grain Pasta vs. Whole Grain Bread

I came across and article debating the benefits of whole grain pasta vs whole grain bread. I had always thought that they were equally nutritious, but I was wrong!

    Surprised? What do you think?

I have never given it a thought. I don't eat bread, or should I say I might eat a biscuit a couple of times a year but that is it. I rarely eat pasta but when I do it is either whole grain or wheat.
