I USED TO BUY BBQ HASH FROM A COUPLE OF PLACES IN SOUTH CAROLINA CALLED BBQ HASH. MAINLY SOLD ENTIRELY FROM A BBQ RESTAURANT.... IN ADDITION TO THE BBQ. NORMALLY THIS HASH WAS SPREAD OVER A BED OF RICE IN THE RESTAURANT LIKE A SAUCE BUT WHEN PURCHASED FOR TAKE OUT; IT WAS WITHOUT THE RICE.

I DON;T GET TO SC AS OFTEN BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A RECIPE FOR PORK BBQ HASH. LOOKED ALMOST LIKE SLOPPY JOE MIXTURE BUT INSTEAD OF GROUND BEEF IT HAD PORK BBQ; ANYONE HAVE THIS RECIPE?? i SURE HOPE SO; REALLY WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT SO i CAN MAKE HASH' I AM ASSUMING WE MAKE IT WITH PULLED PORK EITHER CHOPPED VERY FINELY OR SIMILAR...
THANKS VERY MUCH TO ALL THAT RESPOND; I WILL TRY TO MAKE EACH RECIPE I RECEIVE SO HOPEFULLY FIND THE ONE I LIKE OR REMEMBER AS CLOSE TO IT AS POSSIBLE. HAD A SWEET TASTE TO IT; NOT VINEGAR BASED BUT RATHER BBQ & SOMETHING ELSE. AGAIN, THANK YOU

Please take the caps lock off when typing. It is very hard to read and in the cyber world, it means you are shouting.

Here is a link to get you started.
