I fired the Akorn for a pretty big cook this past weekend. I did four butts on Friday evening. Then I did two packer briskets, one pastrami, two fatties, one drunken chicken and a rack of ribs on Sunday.I started the briskets on my little offset and then moved them to the Akorn when all the other stuff was done.Overall Sunday, it was a thirteen hour cook. You know me, I am taking pis of what I do. Thought I would share with my friends here.
