Made this up yesterday and I'll toss it in the oven for dinner.
I wonder if the kids will eat it? Eh, who cares.

I am forcing myself to make a call right now so it doesn't torment me all day. icon_smile.gif
I'll make grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, other sides TBD. Whew.

I am on my way out the door but was hoping to catch a brain wave here before I go. I can see hardly anyone is awake though.

WAKE UP I need some ideas! icon_biggrin.gif

Grilling a small pork tenderloin to be served with a baked potato for him and on a large green salad for me.

Gotta use up the fresh veggies as we're leaving Fri morning for STL to see the grand girls! It's DS2 & DDIL 13th Wedding Anniversary and we always watch the girls so they can have a date night - just hope we don't have a repeat of last years (lightning hit their house while they were on the date and took out my computer). icon_eek.gif

They have a higher than normal fructose content, so are pretty sweet. Maybe you just prefer a more acidic tomato.

Made chicken and White Trash Cookbook Dumplings

I had to stray from the dumpling recipe and use 1.5 cups of bread flour in the dough mix because I didn't have 4 cups of AP flour and they were even more awesome. I wonder why? Any thoughts?
